All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

Due to the seasonal nature of our product and the perishable quality of pumpkins, all sales are final. Once your order has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for any reason.

🛡 Pumpkin Warranty – 7-Day Coverage

We stand by the quality of our pumpkins and want you to enjoy them looking their best. That’s why we offer a 7-day limited warranty from the date of delivery for any pumpkins that spoil prematurely due to natural causes.

This warranty does NOT cover pumpkins that have been:

• Carved, cut, or punctured

• Moved into soil, mulch, or landscape beds

• Dropped or otherwise physically damaged

• Altered, decorated, or painted

• Damaged by animals, weather, or misuse

To qualify for a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the spoiled pumpkins and your order details. We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no cost.
