By placing an order with Pumpkins on the Porch – Atlanta, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms ensure clear communication and a smooth seasonal experience for all customers.

1. Order Placement & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

  • Pumpkins on the Porch – Atlanta reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Delivery

  • Deliveries are made to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your porch or designated area is accessible and free of hazards.

  • If we are unable to access the delivery location, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. A redelivery fee may apply.

  • You do not need to be home at the time of delivery, but please provide clear instructions for setup if needed.

3. Product Quality

  • All pumpkins and décor are hand-selected and inspected before delivery.

  • Variations in size, shape, and color are natural and not considered defects.

  • Once delivered, the care, upkeep, and condition of the pumpkins are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Warranty

We offer a 7-day limited warranty for pumpkins that spoil due to natural causes.

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Pumpkins that have been carved, cut, or punctured

  • Pumpkins moved into landscape beds, mulch, or soil

  • Items that have been dropped, physically damaged, or altered

  • Damage caused by pets, animals, or weather conditions

  • Any decorations modified after delivery

To request a replacement under warranty, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos and your order details. Approved replacements will be delivered at no cost.

5. Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of pumpkins, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason. You can view our full refund & return policy here.

6. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order up to 7 days before your scheduled delivery for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled within 7 days of the scheduled delivery are non-refundable.

7. Liability

Pumpkins on the Porch – Atlanta is not responsible for:

  • Injuries, allergic reactions, or property damage resulting from pumpkins or décor after delivery

  • Damage caused by animals, weather, or human interference

  • Movement of décor due to wind or unstable surfaces

8. Policy Changes

Pumpkins on the Porch – Atlanta reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website.
